Hi there after some advice. Experienced a flighg delay that meant we are entitled compensation but the company ignored us, the CAA said there was a case but the company ignored them. Filed small claims papers but again have been ignored. Unsure what is our next step.

I'm not sure what you're asking? Who's ignoring you after filing Small Claims? If it's been filed correctly it will work its way through the court process and if you provide everything from your side then the case will be heard. The airline can ignore the court process but then you'd win by default. 

Or have you already won and they now won't pay up?

Firstly name the airline, if it is Wizz then there are around 1000 unpaid CC judgements so that you may be waiting a long time. If not, I assume you have entered a judgement which you now need to enforce, does the company have an office in the UK, if so then as a first step ask the court to send the bailiffs in, they are not always very effective but a knock on the door might be sufficient. Alternatively pay to have the matter transferred to the High Court and then use the sheriffs, who are much more effective in collecting the money.

Check your account on the mcol site. 

You should now have an enforceable judgement against them if they did not defend your claim.

Your choice is now how to enforce it. If it for more than £600 there will be many firms of Bailiffs willing to take this on.
