Guidance on next steps - Witness Statement Submission

Hi - I'm sure the information I need is already on this site somewhere, but I'm struggling to find it - can someone point me in the right direction?
I'm fighting a ticket from UK Car Park Management and have just received 'Further Particulars of Claim' from their solicitors (Gladstones). I have also received 2 deadlines from the court:
1. Written statements of Evidence, by 18th March
2. Fully Particularised Particulars, by 20th March
In case its relevant - Gladstones have confirmed in their submission to the court that they will not attend the hearing.
I've seen the template Witness Statement on this site, but this appears to reference Parking Eye which is not relevant in my case - is this the template I should use, or is another more relevant?
Thanks in advance for any guidance or advice.

What are you accused of doing wrong?2

I didn't, but I received the fine as the designated keeper.
I would argue that:- Had parked in that position many times before, without any issues
- Parking there does not cause any obstruction
- There is nothing to signify that you cannot park there
- The terminology of the sign 'Designated Parking Area' is ambiguous
- The signs at the time have been shown to contain incorrect information (incorrectly claiming to be members of a particular association)
- The car park was described as 'confusing' in a IAS judgement (at around the same time)
- UK CPM issue a lot of tickets at this site (anecdotally from local forums and groups) suggesting the parking rules are confusing AND that they are aggressive in pursuing fines

It's clearly not my day as I've just spent 30 mins searching for these and whilst I can find multiple forum posts referring to them, I can't actually find the source. Does anyone have a link I can use?Boat_to_Bolivia said:0 -
Click on the person's name, which takes you to their profile. Then click on 'discussions'. SJRRJS only has one. It will be somewhere in that threadThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.4

Now that I have started to build my witness statement can anyone help demystify the following for me:
- Why have I received 2 letters from the court with slightly different dates (see above)?, and
- Is either of these dates the date for the in-person hearing?

The letter about Particularised POC is presumably just saying the Claimant must do that, and they have sent you those already.
The other letter is about BOTH parties filing & serving their evidence and WS?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
