The issue could be that you have a Dynamic IP with 3 - which just means it changes.  This could look like a security issue to a banking website.

That rings a bell tbf. Im sure ive seen dynamic ip mentioned somewhere. I also have trouble with santander although at 2.75% ive not much call to visit their website nowadays. 

Im not sure i can be bothered to ring 3 to sort it out imagine the stress
