Wizzair cancelled a flight in December while we were waiting at the gate. So far no refund, no vouchers and now they say no compensation. How does one recoup the monies paid for a service not provided??

Filled in three claim forms and phoned and done the chat and zero! They gave no reason for the flight being cancelled but it coud ave been weather. I dont care about the compensation would just like the vouchers or my money backWestin said:

Son's August return flight from Cyprus was cancelled whilst they were on the tarmac , next flight offered 7 days later.So after a few days they made there own arrangements .1)They filled out the online wizzair claim form for expenses + compensation and they declined the claim .Once they have officially declined email/letter2) Goto https://www.aviationadr.org.uk/ Dispute Resolution scheme ..3) If you win and they dont pay or aviationadr.org.uk dont work out ...go to courtaviationadr.org.uk have agreed with my sons claim so we are just waiting for it to be finalised and hopefully Wizzair pay up .If you just want your money back , you could try the credit card company

@schoenusquincey Have you logged into your Wizzair account to see if they have refunded you in points ? From reading previous threads on this forum this has been the experience of some other Wizzair customers. Dont ignore the cancelled flight as that could be a few hundred Euro per passenger if its due to Wizzair. Most try to pull the "Beyond Our Control" . which BA did to me UAE to UK and when challenged BA replied Rolls Royce notified them of issues and they caved in when I asked for the RR instruction and the aircrafts flight log.0
