Skipton valuation pending information

Anyone got any experience with using Skipton's mortgage application tracker.
The valuation on the property we are purchasing had the valuation done yesterday with Connells. It looks like they received it this morning as the status on the Skipton tracker shows received with a note that says
Pending Information
The underwriting step is also showing "pending information" and has done from the beginning. We have submitted all requested paperwork to Skipton and they've asked for no more.
I was wondering (worrying) that means there might be something wrong with the valuation, or whether it's just a case now that the valuation is back the case can be fully underwritten and is just awaiting someone to review everything. I've had multiple soft searches from Skipton early this week when the application went in, but apparently they only use Experian and they hasn't updated yet so can't see any records of searches there at all.

I am in exactly the same position, submitted an application on Weds, the valuation was done today and the tracker shows they have received it back today.
They requested a copy of my latest contract, which was also sent today.
Now all my trackers show the same as yours, just have to see how it pans out on Monday/Tuesday.
I did a remortgage with them last week before I found a broker to unlock my house purchase...it all went through the same process and was done within 4 days.1 -

I was a bit worried as a house has come up for sale yesterday on the same street, though the one we are buying is the first house to come up for sale on there for a good while. You couldn't write it.
It's £35k less than what we are paying but it's got one less bedroom and is a semi not a detached, I was just hoping this wouldn't affect the valuation.
I'm just in worry mode I guess

@femster82, it still says the same today, but lender has been in touch to request scanned copied of ID's (again) so I've sent the same ones on and crossed my fingers again

I will check with my broker tomorrow of they asked for more information.
But for your info, I called them this morning and they said they were underwriting everything up to 9th March submittions today/tomorrow. Mine was 9th so I guess they are in that date range now.0 -

As I say, they asked for a copy of ID again which I sent. I'm a bit annoyed though as I have used L&C and they've hung onto the ID all day without having "assessed" it yet. Apparently it's waiting for an admin to review the ID before it is sent on to Skipton. Quite annoying.0 -
@femster82 after a bit of chasing I finally got L&C to review the document and send it to the lender. They claim Skipton have a 5 day working delay on reviewing documents - which I don't dispute but does seem off considering they have turned around other documents pretty quickly. So, just waiting on the lender now. The case was underwritten on Saturday 11th March (I didnt realise underwriting teams work on Saturdays, but ok!) so unless they ask for something else, I'm hoping to hear fairly soon about the outcome of our application.
I'm not in a rush (discounting personal eagerness) for the offer to come through, though it would be nice to not have to worry about it so I can focus my worrying on other things!0 -
I highly doubt they have a 5 day turnaround. On their website it actually claims they turn around documents within 2 hours, but I'm sure they know something we don't.
Mine was almost done but they asked for some information which they said has gone to my broker but they claim to not have anything, so I am back in limbo again.0
