Virgin Mobile taken DD after contract end
On the news that VM were going to increase my SIM only deal by RPI+3.7% I decided to look around for another provider. I don't generally use a lot of data and was quite pleased to move to one of the MSE deals that expired on 28 Feb (enough clues there?). So, applied for and received my PAC, got new SIM, set it up and transferred my number.
Ok, I'm on a monthly contract with VM; they are entitled to take payment until the month has expired. Do they then owe me for the extra they've taken? Only 20p per day so it's not a big sum.

When did/does your VM contract end?2

It's a monthly contract. So I guess it ends a month after I port my number to another provider. Unless someone knows different.0
