Smarty Account Closure

Hi
I have been a Smarty customer in the past but my account is now closed and it looks like I can re-join with a new customer deal. Does anyone know how long, if at all, your account remains open after porting out? I would maybe have used them more but for the need to use a different email for each new deal.

"Does anyone know how long, if at all, your account remains open after porting out?"I ported out a couple of months ago and it would appear that the account is closed, as it should using a PAC. Entered log in details and received an e-mailed code which didn't work.3
