Help with Vueling

Hi
We booked flights with Vueling which they changed to. Non direct flight which we didn't accept as have a child to travel with. Process was simple we are due a refund. However roll on 6 weeks later and the portal for refunds will not accept my swift code. I cannot speak to anyone as none of their phone numbers go through to a person
I'm at a loss of how to get my money back. My swift code is correct I've checked. I've also because its a Spanish company used the Iban codes etc to try but this won't work
