That's encouraging, I had the HMRC letter on 13th Feb (the one indicating 8 weeks) so maybe I'll only have only another month to wait! Dad had cashed in one of his DC pension pots last year, taxed using the emergency code, so the refund will be significant.Sarahspangles said:OH got a cheque from HMRC for MIL’s overpaid tax about ten days ago. We will be at 15 weeks tomorrow since it was listed, and all has gone smoothly so far - don’t want to jinx it! In fact our buyer has lined up purchase of the freehold synchronised with completion as well within that timescale. I think OH may have to cut the grass again though.lisyloo said:
