Hi - does anyone have any experience of using this prepaid debit card?
It claims to give 3% cashback on all overseas spending, yet it charges a 7% foreign exchange fee.
Thanks

Yikes. Doesn't sound like a great deal then.0

AVOID Cannyapp.... I have just used this card abroad for the first time. It was recommended to me by our holiday insurance company. Advertised as no fees and 3% cash back. I have been using Chase for the last year but thought 3% back is a no brainer. WRONG they charge a fee. You get the ECB rate and they charge a fee of 6.42p per every pound.Therfore they take over 6% off you and give you 3% back. It's a con and needs to be looked at. I'll stick with the chase card for now no fees and 1% cash back. I hope this helps someone to avoid getting one of these cards.0

they have a table of fees in the terms and conditions under 'Fees and Limits Schedule'
It shows 'Foreign Exchange Charge' as 7%

The cynic in me suspects the aforementioned travel insurance outfit have a vested interested in recommending this card.1

Definitely. I'm just made up I realised in time. Took the insurance company at the word with no transaction fees.

The "All without paying transaction or ATM fees" bit above is clearly wrong.Caz3121 said:they have a table of fees in the terms and conditions under 'Fees and Limits Schedule'
