    Quality Street tin.

Every company has one of these, usually held by HR, for exactly this purpose.

Paypal? Provide your bank details for people to pay into?

Who ever is sorting it gives everyone else their bank account details. They then collect the funds & buy the gift/card from that, is the easiest way.

In reality it is the same as in the office, only funds go to a bank account. But then again, many do that anyway now as they do not carry cash.

Paypal maybe, although I'm not sure if those you request from need to have a Paypal account or if they can just enter their debit card number.

If you have a Monzo account you can create a link to request money that you send to people, they type in their debit card number and the money goes into your account. They only take 10 minutes to apply for so it would be worth it just for this purpose.

There are also places like www.collectionpot.com which seems to have good reviews on TrustPilot, and course there is the old way of just sharing bank details.

Given the problems that can b.e caused by having bank transfers to and from individuals, that's probably not a good idea.

    Re above.
This is how we do it & no one has had their account frozen. I also ran a lottery syndicate using my HSBC account for 10 years with 20 people paying in either each week or month.
    Never had a issue.

It's not the how many. It is other factors that cause issues such as that link.
