Yep those 4 points will win.

No NTK is fatal to a case v a keeper appellant.
Excellent, so PDF up and attach to the appeal and fingers crossed?

Check that the links you have included all work and do as you intend.

    Hint: They don't.  ;)

No I never received an NTK, it was a letter (copied below) which they possibly can allude to being an NTK as below:

Thank you for your recent correspondence in relation to parking charge reference xxxxxxxxx
To assist us in making a decision regarding your appeal, please confirm the full name and address of the driver to our Appeals Department within seven days of the date of this letter.
Where did you get the information you provided to the PPC when you mentioned to them "parking charge reference xxxxxxx" as it would appear that you had something from them that you have called a "parking charge" and you obviously had a reference number. Was that from an NtK?

No, I followed the newbies thread, so windscreen ticket received to which on day 26 I sent the blue template via their online appeal portal.
Subsequently I received the aforementioned letter above which was recommended to be ignored and then received the POPLA code.

    Perfect.  No NTK at all!
