Where did you get the information you provided to the PPC when you mentioned to them "parking charge reference xxxxxxx" as it would appear that you had something from them that you have called a "parking charge" and you obviously had a reference number. Was that from an NtK?akz786 said:

Subsequently I received the aforementioned letter above which was recommended to be ignored and then received the POPLA code.1 -
