Leaving contact due to price increase

Wanting to leave EE . I have SIM only. I think i have the right to leave with no fees because they are increasing the price whilst in contact

    Depends on how old your contract is. Most recent contracts have clauses allowing inflation rises each year

    What does the contract say about price increases and your right to leave?

    As most minimum term contracts are typically no more than 2 years then must assume it is less than this and EE have had the price rise inclusion in pretty much all its contracts for longer than this it would be unlikely that it doesn't exist and the OP signed up to these increases.

    If they are outside of the minimum term contract and on a rolling contract, then yes cancelling without cost would be possible.
