Our first viewing today

We have bitten the bullet, and put the house on the market.

Everything has been put away, and it looks fairly presentable. We like it here, and in all honesty we don't want to sell. The sooner we find somewhere we would actually like to move to, the better.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

OK, I'll bite, if you like it where you are, haven't seen anywhere else you'd rather live and don't want to sell... why are you putting your house on the market?!?! :)

I haven’t sold a property for a few years and when I did it was from 200 miles away  :D

Everything went like clockwork, brilliant EA and I got a good offer from the first person who viewed it.  It didn’t take as much time as it appears to these days.

I hope yours goes as smoothly.

  • Good luck. You know you can always change your mind - see how you feel when you look at other properties.

It's a great opportunity for you though, I think.
