Broadband at a new build flat - do i need to pay BT landline

Hi,
I'm moving into a new flat in a new development. I've been informed that the utilities set up for the development are BT. Therefore to connect to Broadband, does anyone know if I will need to subscribe to BT to gain access? I dont actually want to have a landline for anything as I have a mobile. I'm really just looking for the cheapest way to get the best broadband access.
Thanks in advance for all your help - am at a loss...
Thanks

You will need to pay line rental to BT as well as an installation fee of £125 (half price installation available if you agree to an 18 month tie in) to get broadband from any ISP that uses ADSL over a telephone line. Depending on your usage requirements, you may consider mobile broadband e.g. here. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
