Still waiting refund after 4 months

Hi, I received an email on 8 Nov 2022 to say our compensation would be paid within 60 days from Jet2. On 11th Jan 2023 I asked where was my compensation  on 13Jan they said they would cancel cheque and once confirmed would resend and expedite. I informed them on my original claim form we had moved address, again confirmed new address. Heard nothing back  I rang Customer service on 2 March to complain, I was told they would get someone to ring me next day.  Still waiting. Complaints will not take calls. What can I do.

    Could you just give them your bank details so that they can pay via bank transfer rather than messing around with a cheque and different mailing addresses?
  • I did ask for it to be paid back into the bank account it came out of but the Customer Care lady said they could not do this due to money laundering!
