What does the EPC suggest the costs are likely to be?

Will the EPC not just list generic costs based on the heating type (ie non-condensing gas boiler) and the levels of insulation?  If so, they might be very much less than the actual cost of a an 80k BTU gas Rayburn, which includes cooker function.
