Lebara/Lyca 'Bundles' = Contracts?
Options
Can't find the definitive answer to this. I've just ported from a Lyca expired deal, to a new Lebara one. I had just paid (mistakenly) for another 30 days with Lyca, and they claim their 'bundles' aren't refundable, even if you port out your old number.
My understanding was that any contract ported out/cancelled by sms mid-month should be refunded pro rata, even if you didn't give notice.
Interested to know the answer, thanks in advance.

I think a bundle is a purchased allowance to be used within a set period, which may be autorenewed to give a continuous service. It is not a contract for them to provide a service to you so the allowance lapses without refund if you choose not to use it. But should be in t&c's0
