hi
bought a new home paid full price but there are features are missing and issues with installed services.
spoke to customer services of builder they said they will look into but being lazy and evasive.
spoke to solicitor (recommended by the builder in the first place) they are asking to take it up with builder's customer services but they won't listen as they are part of builder's themselves so conflict of interest.
please advice
