    My Dad is having a similar problem, the person buying his house can't get the mortgage money without knowing who owns the land, his neighbours have mentioned Ladybrook but has no way of contacting them. On the flipside it's come to light him and my mum (who recently passed) have been paying their £7 pa by cheque to some fella in Greece, Ladybrook haven't been demanding money so maybe the fella in Greece is the correct person. We've no idea what to do!
