Show us your replacement for paragraphs 2 and 3 of the template Defence when you are ready.
Keep in mind......you have until 4pm on Thursday 23rd March 2023 to file your Defence. When I wrote that on your thread you had three weeks to complete your Defence.
You now have a little over one week left, but as @Coupon-mad said, easily done in an hour or so.

I would appreciate it if someone could look at these couple of paragraphs for defence.2. It is admitted that on the material date the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question, but liability is denied.3. The defendant entered Crown Point retail park to do some Christmas shopping. When the defendant entered the retail park it was already dark and extremely busy. The defendant did not see any clear parking signs on that day. The defendant visited at a later date and the area where the defendant parked still has no clear signage0

Just combine those two sentences for paragrpah #3 into the same paragraph. (All paragraphs require a number).1

Thanks, for the help. Then I'll just copy 4 onwards from the template.0
