No LBC from UKPC

Hi, 4 years after getting a PCN from UKPC (retail park) I now have a County Court Claim from UKPC/DCB legal. They never sent me a LBC, can I ask for it to be held whilst I request a SAR?
Thanks

Too late to be asking for anything to be put on hold.
What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?1 -
18th Feb. That's why I'm annoyed, if they would have sent a LBC I would have had more time.0

Care to tell us a little about what you are accused of doing wrong?
With a Claim Issue Date of 18th February, you have until Thursday 9th March to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Thursday 23rd March 2023 to file your Defence. That's three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Yes. December 2018 Christmas shopping, stayed over the 3 hours limit at Crown Point retail park. They've also added made up "damages". I have made no contact with UKPC whatsoever.

Jolly good. This will be easy.
Adapt/change para 3 to a vague (not detailed) summary of what you think it might be about, but otherwise copy the one by @Johny86 which is worth pointing the never-ending queue of UKPC/DCBLegal defendants to, saving us a lot of typing!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's worrying if you did not receive a LBC; it suggests that the PPC/claimant do not have your correct address or were deliberately using an incorrect one, even though the claim form managed to find you. As well as doing what @Coupon-mad advises, check that the PPC, the claimant and the CCBC (they will need to send you a DQ by post later in the process) have your correct address.VanceAstro said:18th Feb. I'm in the process of putting my defence together. Does anyone know if UKPC signage has changed much in the last 4 years? I have photos of it now but none of 2018
Thanks0 -
Crown Point has been mentioned on here several times.
Do none of those threads not show the signs you are looking for?
The Google Street View camera car drove all around that car park in May 2018 and a lot of signs can be seen - if not all of them.1 -
Thanks for the help0

You only need to copy the one I linked you to, just editing paras 2 and 3. Should take half an hour.VanceAstro said:I'm in the process of putting my defence together.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
