Vodafone Bills wrong umpteen times so want to cancel contract
I have had an account with Vodafone since Nov 21. when I signed up I was given a 25% managers discount from in store.
the first months bill was great with discount applied. Next month it was wrong I got charged full. I rung Vodafone who said yes it was their fault and will credit the amount next month ( which they did) and said it wouldn't happen again.
any way long story short this has happened every other month since one month right, the next wrong, ( a phone call to them ) the next month credited the next wrong etc etc
Anyway its happened again this month after lengthy discussinons in Jan where i hadto prove the discount ( laughable as they had honoured it in the past)
Ive had enough am I within my rights to tell them to Shove their.......... no, close the account early and send my puc code. The account is until Nov this year.
Anything you can enlighten me on to I need to tell them.

The 2 others plans I pay are correct and are right every month, mine never is they keep taking £46 not the £33 i signed up too
It's the pain in the bum over having to call them every other month and explain the same thing over and over and over
and over and over and over and over and over and over

Wait until.the contract ends in Nov and then leave them
you will have to call them 3 more times though by my reckoning !0
