Alternative Fuel Payment

Hi
I have not received my payment and according to the latest data my energy provider have completed all payments,  I found a link to a website that holds postcodes for properties off the gas grid but my postcode is missing. I have raised this with ONS but they can't help.  How do I apply for my AFP? I can't attached links but thet are geoportal and xoserve.off gas postcodes

Hi - not everyone who is entitled to the payment will get it automatically. The Government portal to apply is not up and running yet but expected early in March, so it's just a question of waiting a bit longer I'm afraid.

Not everyone entitled to the AFP gets it automatically, as you've found.  The automatic payments were to try and reach the majority, meaning a lot fewer applications to process than if everyone had to apply.
