Virgin Money Awful, truly awful

After trying and failing to contact Virgin money ( waiting an hour on the phone many times ) I decided to transfer my ISA from them to Barclays.

Barclays sorted everything but Virgin declined it without any reason other than "declined" again, trying to contact Virgin and speak to anyone who could shed some light on why it was declined and how to move forward, was impossible.

I literally cannot contact them 

I put a complaint in through their email address, I have a confirmation from them that they have my complaint and nothing else, I've asked over and over for dinner to contact me.... Nothing

I then sat on the phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes putting in another complaint, about my ISA transfer issue and the complete lack of contact from Virgin Money. They logged this, and still, no further contact.

This was weeks ago.

They have my money sat in their ISA and I simply cannot access it??

How can a bank be so incompetent?

I don't want to wait months and complain over and over. I simply want a bank to do their job??

After looking online at their reviews I can see almost every review is negative.

I'm sick to death of them and I'm powerless to do anything about it.
