Morning
Hugs to those that want/need them, those who are poorly and those who are looking after a poorly person x
Happy birthday to those with a birthday x
Very dark chilly start to the day.
DH and DS1 getting ready for work, I'm showered, dressed and enjoying my first cuppa and my porridge whilst on here. DS2 settled and happy.
Dinner last night was cold meats, boiled egg, salad and hot new potatoes. Not sure about tonight.
Half day today - have a "to do" list to tackle also.
Keep safe and well x

Morning All
Thanks for the start nmlc, enjoy your half day.
Dry again, I could get used to this! Washing doing it's thing and will be pegged out before I go to work.
Managed to get the grass cut yesterday afternoon as I was home early, it looks a lot tidier although I'm sure it wouldn't be green if there wasn't so much moss.
Got the rather large admin task finished yesterday, no doubt we'll have a big list of things to do today as the HT is in. I nipped to the shops during lunch to buy a new mop and got home without it, must have left it in another shop. Will phone them to see if it's there but it wasn't expensive.
Went for a good swim last night so slept very well.
Hope everyone is well and enjoys Wednesday. Take care. XX12 -
Morning folks and thanks NMLC. CAMELOT my driveway looks like a lawn so much moss has taken it over this winter. Any tips on how to get rid of it quickly (and easily!) would be much appreciated!
I'm up and at 'em early as I have an appointment for a blood test this morning, then I might have a quick wander round town for odd bits I need.
DD and the girls called yesterday with a bunch of flowers to cheer me up as they knew I would be missing my Tuesday meet up with BFF. She's still in hospital having scans and tests and the evening bulletin from her DIL is not sounding good. DB is still awaiting the result of the biopsy done at the w/e. DD and the girls were off grocery shopping and I declined the invite to go with them. I have decided I cannot be trusted in a sm when I am trying desperately to get my freezer stashes down and will stick to deliveries!
Have a good day folks if you can and ((HUGS)) for our poorlies and getting better. NELS I was sorry to hear your hands are no better, we miss your posts. Take care all xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"13 -
Morning folks. The sky is very baby pink and blue with grey above it. Probably 'overcast' is the term. Still, as long as the rain stays away I'll be happy enough. My main task yesterday was scanning loads of paperwork and then burning it. Despite having most things paperless I still get too much through the door. The pile had threatened to become wobbly so I gathered all my enthusiasm, fuelled it with weak motivation and got it done. 😀
Camelot. - 😱 cutting grass! I'm not looking at mine yet though I probably should.Happy St David's Tuesday to all. 🏴14 -
