Houseboat Offgrid Grants

My sister in law lives on a house boat she is off grid the goverment are saying they have a grant for people to claim to help with heating of £200, but when you go on the portal it asks for your address,my sister in law uses her mums address as a care of for her letters, you put that in and it says you cant get the grant,anybody know how you get it . thanks

Yes there is - lots of places do not appear on the Royal Mail databases - churches, pumping stations.

thanx for your reply but if you put an address in nearby it comes up thats where you live and you dont qualify.0
