My target for March, as usual, was 15. But this month there has been a lot of days where an NSD has been "wasted" due to a one- off, necessary spend: dental treatment, children's school lunch card top-up, monthly bus tickets x 2 for son, dog food........(5 NSDs lost just in that list there!! ) Over the last few days I've been thinking how I can save a few more of these lost NSDs. I guess it will be things like topping up lunch cards with larger amounts, instead of little and often, maybe buying twice as much dog food at a time  as I do at the moment.
Things that are regular and necessary like dog food, petrol and bus etc I wouldn’t count as I kind of account for them at months start so it’s spoken for even if not spent if that makes sense 😂
@Saver-upper, Crazycatlady is right, I should have looked more closely at your list - buses are public transport, pet food is something you can also exclude, and the dentist could also be called necessary spending, so if you counted those days as non-NSDs, you don't have to xx

I took my car in for its MOT this morning then bought another couple of things assuming it was not going to be an NSD, but it turns out the garage has a number of MOTS to get through and they won't do my car till tomorrow morning ... so that's two spendy days in a row, but what can you do  :|
