3. The Driver was a member of a gym here. This gym is part of a larger chain with sites all over the UK and in this particular site there were parking rules . However these rules were not made clear to the driver at the the time.

That said, I think the paragraph 3 that you have shown us requires some more work before it is ready to file.

@KeithP beat me to it, but for emphasis 1) add your text to the template. 2) ensure paragraph numbering is correct 3) sign 4) convert to pdf 5) email during business hours 6) Ensure you get emailed receipt of defenceThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3

I will get it printed / signed / scanned .
But before that paragraph 3 needs changing like you said . EVERYTHING else in the defence is fine and I'm not posting it here because it's way too long .
