Also, we only need to see the paragraphs that you have added or changed. No need to publish reams of info that is unchanged,
This was John's original paragraph 3

    3. The Driver was a patron at B&M store within the retail park and did shopping there. As the driver was a genuine customer and remained on site throughout their visit.

And I changed it to :

    3. The Driver was a member of a gym here. This gym is part of a larger chain with sites all over the UK and in this particular site there were parking rules . However these rules were not made clear to the driver  at the  the time.

Now can  I send the text of the defence as it us or does it need to be in pdf format ?
It needs to be a signed pdf.
Didn't you get that from the checklist in the opening post of the NEWBIES thread?

That said, I think the paragraph 3 that you have shown us requires some more work before it is ready to file.

@KeithP beat me to it, but for emphasis 1) add your text to the template. 2) ensure paragraph numbering is correct 3) sign 4) convert to pdf 5) email during business hours 6) Ensure you get emailed receipt of defence

There are literally hundreds of UKPC defences on the forum that you can have a look at and select which bits are applicable to your claim. Just use the search function.

    Ok

I will get it printed / signed / scanned .

But before that paragraph 3 needs changing like you said . EVERYTHING else in the defence is fine and I'm not posting it here because it's way too long .
