    Have you ever had multiroom?
I suggest the only people who can help you are Sky, get on the phone or chat and explain the situation, I'm pretty sure they will rectify the problem.
  • i tried before and they said that multi room was part of the signature package, couldn't be taken off and I needed to buy another box to access in second room

It's not just Sky I'm with talktalk and my broadband includes talktalk tv which I don't use or don't want but it's part of the package and can't be removed

Suck it up and get on with it

Was the package explained properly to you, and might you be able to evidence this? If so, you might be able to cancel the contract, and get a new one.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Pretty sure its not, its an add-on for those that wish to pay the additional fee (£10 to £15 per month) and actually need Sky in another room(s). As I asked before have you ever had multi-room? Multi-room gives you a mini box and ability to watch Sky via your home wi-fi on more TV's around the house (you need a mini box for each additional TV). get on the phone and get it sorted asap.

I had the same contract multiroom was part of the package when I changed to Sky Q, we also only had the one TV in our lounge, when the initial contract ended I contacted Sky and negotiated a new contract without paying for a mini box removed it and returned it to Sky.

Sounds like you could be on a very early sky q package that bundled the multiroom in but now it’s an optional add on I’d get your package reviewed and up dated to reflect your needs and viewing habits hopefully you’ll get a competent agent to assist you good luck :)
