In a bizarre turn of events, today we received a letter from the Peterborough court with a judgment about a case with my partners name on it, the claim number from this case but about 5 different PCN's we have no knowledge off. We rang the court up who confirmed that the original case was struck in november 2023 but that the letter with the judgement was real and we need to contact the peterborough court to query what the judgement was for. Has anyone ever seen this? See attached letter which also states we were there at the defence hearing but we of course were not at all there. It seems like a huge cockup at the courts but not sure what to do next!

Show us the second page. I want to see if the fake £70 'fee' per PCN was at least struck out. How much was this poor sap (the real defendant whose name we don't know but who made the effort to attend in person) ordered to pay?!
Email an urgent complaint to the court manager at Peterborough and a separate complaint to HMCTS complaints team who will lean on the court.
Terry Szmidt is not connected with UKPC at all. He runs a small PPC. Someone has typed the wrong claim number in.

That looks to be a complete cork-up. Terry Szmidt has nothing to do with UKPC. He is the owner of Capital Car Park Control. The Order is dated 13 January 2026, has it taken over 4 months to reach you?
Phone the court and ask what’s going on.

This is the second page. We also phoned up the court but the lady on the phone was baffled and gave us the email for the court manager which we have now emailed our evidence. I also checked to see if there was a CCJ on my partners name and it came up clear so im pretty sure this letter was a complete fluke and balls-up on the courts part. And yes the letter did arrive today so a good 4 months late. Absolutely baffling

Poor person who lost v Capital Car Park Control but pleased to see that three out of five PCNS, all the interest and all the fake fees were disallowed.
