Hello, it has been 1 month since my previous reply.
It has been about 6.5 weeks since I submitted my defence.
I have received a letter that they intend to pursue the case but not the questionnaire.
How long do they have to reply? Can I request an update from the solicitors/the court?0 -
Why would you bother

What does your MCOL history tell you? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Okay - I have not kept up with this. Three months passed between my defence submissions and the DQ. The DQs have started to trickle in. One DQ was sent to me and I have not answered it in time. I was sent it on the 15th and needed to have it signed by yesterday. I'm going to submit it tomorrow but I may have one case entering judgement.
Then other DQs have been sent to me for other cases. Looks like they havent squashed all my cases into one.
Honestly having a tough time with this, have had other things in my life that mean I have not kept on top of things. To make matters more frustrating I am moving out later this month, so the timing couldn't be worse really.
from MCOL:Your defence was received on 24/03/2023
Case Stay Lifted on 15/06/2023
DQ sent to you on 15/06/2023
Other DQs have been sent out on the 26th/27th July.0 -
but I may have one case entering judgement. What do you mean?
Why not email ALL the DQs to the CCBC and the solicitor in one single email with the subject line stating all claim numbers (check them very carefully) and in the body of the email, state when you are moving and your new address, and tell the CCBC and solicitors to erase the old address which is no longer good for service.

Why didn't you just email it on receipt instead of dithering

Do I need to scan in the DQs then?0

Update on this - I have a court date for May 16th. There are 6 claims we are going to run through on one session0

Have you filed and served your WS?

I haven't filed that yet. Looks like I have time to send this off. I gather it must be sent by post? I cannot email it to QDR and the court?
