Received Claims from QDR relating to numerous tickets for motorbike in residence parking

I left my motorcycle in the motorcycle bays at my residence parking. I didn't attach a parking permit to my bike. I ended up with quite the string of fines, which I completely ignored.
I ignored the letter before claims which was probably a bad idea. I now have a series of claims including fees/solicitor fees for £1000+
I am wondering if it is still possible to send a Subject Access Request (SAR) to the car parking company. I have read extensively on the matter and I am prepared to send emails; however, the claim I have received does not contain an email address. Instead, it provides multiple forms to respond with, leaving me uncertain as to whether I need to respond to each claim individually.

Any guidance and advice that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and help.
(EDIT1) - changed 10 in title to "numerous" - I may have more tickets that they have no claimed for yet. Since it seems they are claiming for them one at a time I think they have only made 4 claims so far.

You should send your SAR to the PPC immediately. Do not fill in any of the forms that the PPC solicitor send you. You can ask for advice on how to respond but it is all in the newbies thread near the top of this forum.
Which PPC and which solicitors? What does your lease/STA or whatever say about parking? Equally important is what it doesn't say about parking.
What do the signs say? Any pictures of them?2 -
Thanks for your quick response.
The company is One Parking Solution LTD and the solicitors is QDR
I have sent the SAR with the template to one parking solution.
I'll read the FAQ again, I didn't see anything relating to responding to multiple claims.
I'll get lease info and signs in a later post.0 -
Okay so I have started acknowledging the claims at MCOL. Is it normal/ok for them to send me 4 separate claims?0

'FYI it is a car park you must use a fob to enter as well. If anyone has some words of encouragement or links to similar threads that won/had to pay less I would really appreciate that.

Alternatively if I will have to eat most of the costs that would be good to know up front as well.0

That is an abuse of the court process. Search the forum for Henderson defence estoppel and change the 'best match' filter to 'newest'.
You will find defences already written.
Are all the claims issued on the same day?
What is the Date of Issue (top right of claims)?

Lease Info - don't have this to hand, will post it later
car parking signs - attached
Location: I am in Brighton, that is correct.
Dates of claims: All of them are dated the 21st Feb (they sent them to my old address and they were redirected to me. I received them this morning - they do have my up to date address so Im not sure why they did that)
One thing to note. One of the claims IS for my car (being parked in guest car park not approved parking space). Three of the claims are for the motorbike.0 -
If you only got them this morning wait for KeithP to respond here, and don't do the AOS yet.
I am glad you moved. I could never live where OPS infest. They ruin people's lives/peace of mind.
I am local which is why I guessed Brighton. We fight OPS in court all the time and the resident usually wins.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
