You need to look at the complete bill, not just at one page.
Many suppliers deduct the £67 from the usage. It is very likely that you used the charges listed plus £67, and the billed amount was reduce by the £67 before it was listed. Have a look at the sub totals and add them up, they should be higher than the total.0 -

Standing charge 28 days at 27.12p per day £7.59 Energy use charge 579.43 kWh at 9.89p £57.31 Credits, discounts and VATVAT 5% of £150.85 £7.54 Energy Bill Support Scheme -£67.00 Total Charges £91.39 out Think I got it now If I add up £ 13.11 + £72.84 + £7.59 + £57.31 + £7.54 = £158.39 total cost for using gas /electric + vat - £67 refund = £91.39 outThank you to all that helped why can't they show £67 added to account from government in easy to understand way0 -
