I joined thinking they would take the money monthly, so i can cancel within the 14 days cooling off, (i would expect to be charged something for that). But when i saw they had taken a full years money of over £200 I cancelled the very next day, so i was basically a member for a day, but did not use the platform. I emailed them and they refunded the money but kept £65 for one day!!!! They are refusing to refund me that. Its a disgrace, i see im not the only one they have done it to.

I'd suggest that if you kick up a fuss you might get a full refund. While section 11 of their Terms & Conditions does mention the charge:"However, please note that if you have started to use the Premium Membership within the 14-
day cancellation period, we will be entitled to retain from the refunded payment a reasonable
amount (value compensation) to account for that portion of the Premium Membership that you
have already received."I can't find anything to say how much the "reasonable amount" would be, so that sounds like an unfair term to me.
