My email from VM says that my price won't increase until the end of my current discounted contract (summer 2024), so I'm happy enough with that. I'll either be moving house around then or will make other arrangements (I only have a VM phone line currently, no BT line) if I end up staying in this house. I don't plan on staying with them after that unless they offer me an unbeliveable deal.

Thanks for suggestions re: emailing resolution team, unfortunately didn't work for me. I explained how when I was offered my current contract I was specifically told it was fixed price, and any price increases announced during contract would not apply to me. Their resolution received today was "Extra info provided on Price Rise 2023" - i.e. copy and paste waffle re: inflation etc.
