Dear all I am not sure how to close this thread but I am delighted to share that we held our nerve and refused mediation . We were very prepared to attend court and at that point DCB legal dropped all proceedings. We had asked for the parking attendant to be a witness in person , to which , they refused so I think the help you all gave definitely made them realise they did not have either a sound or fair case. A huge effort involved and huge thank you to this forum for the help in achieving a positive result. Apologies for not doing this before now - was soo relieved .3
