The rejection letter is not a NTK of course.

That's a debt collector letter. What do we do about those?... Nothing. Use the letter as a liner for the bottom of a cat litter tray or something like that.

Time to re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread and refresh yourself. Come back if/when you get a real letter of claim and then re-read the second post in the Newbies/FAQ thread.
  • Just re-reading the newbie thread - do I have a case for no keeper liability due to non-compliance with POFA?

Newbie thread states - "If the NTK arrives late, this does not make the PCN 'void' but it means there is 'no keeper liability' possible ... the NTK must arrive with you between day 29 and day 57 if there was a windscreen PCN."

I've had the windscreen PCN, appeal rejection letter after 12 days (not NTK according to post by coupon-mad on March 3rd) and now this debt collector letter after 215 days.

So I didn't get an NTK within those timeframes if I'm understanding it right?

If you appealed as driver there was no need.
