First thing to tell you is STOP parking like that and tell whoever told you these are unenforceable that they are completely wrong. Of course you can't park and deliberately ignore contractual parking signage on private land. The fact this is over 20 occasions suggests it wasn't done in error.
Drivers can't just dump their car in a retail park as some sort of free parking spot for hours. It is that sort of selfish parking that causes PPCs to exist. Stop doing this immediately.
You might get a claim. This was really risky. I don't see a defence in this case if they try.
But you may as well do nothing and see if a claim is served to you under the Simple Procedure. It might not be and even if they do, they can't add costs in Scotland so there is no point paying before any claim.
