Hi sorry if this has been posted before.
I received a letter from Gordon & Noble regarding parking charges since 2019 -2022 from Euro car park in Ayrshire.
The letter states that legal action is commencing regarding this
should I be worried regarding this or is this just a scare tactic from a company?
thanks

Gordon and Noble have established form for being very stroppy and absolute chancers. Do not be tempted to phone them!
I've never seen any comeback about them actually following up threats with action on any of the threads about them acting as debt collectors on here.

Ordinarily I'd tell you, with an ECP charge, to continue to ignore. BUT - with so many tickets (please confirm the actual number of tickets) and a purported amount of £2,780 at play, ECP may decide to take a punt north of the border. Whether Gordon & Noble are the likely outfit that ECP will use, remains to be seen. At the moment you're in debt collector territory. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It’s not tickets it’s a charge from euro Carl parks for being parked longer than 2 hours on 21 occasions ftom 2019 till 2022.I was told to ignore as in Scotland there was no obligation to pay unless it’s issued by the police or council. Never been given an actual ticket0
