Hi
I'm going on a trip to USA for approx 3 weeks. I'm after a cheap SIM for use in USA to make calls in USA to USA and also to UK. I don't envisage making long calls or many, just to confirm hotels or excursions.
Can anybody suggest a cheap SIM for use in dual SIM phone.
Thanks

You can purchase a Tmobile or AT&T sim card at any of the several stores walmart, bestbuy, etc. Or even the AT&T or tmobile phone outlets
  • you can buy a 1GB PAYG Data Sim from 3 at Argos for 3.99 or 3GB for 7.99 - USA is a "go roam" country, and the data can be used there (I have just come back from New York). Then create a SKYPE account, and get a USA calling plan for 2.40/month - this will auto renew but can be cancelled 3 days before renewal. You can then use the Skype, using the internet, to call normal landline and mobiles in USA. Worked very well for me the past 2 weeks in NYC.
