Sky Fibre/Broadband current April 2023 price rise advice thread

So I only signed up with sky 6 months ago after leaving virgin.
I see on the deal finder its currently £25 per month with a voucher for Ultrafast.
Currently im paying £32 for that same package and its set for a £3 per month rise in April.
Can I haggle a new deal based on the compare tool on this website?
Or will sky say they don't offer this price and its through another company?
Also Vodaphone offer a faster package with fibre 200 for £23.55 as per the deal on this website.
What are my options here?
Also are Vodaphone on the openreach network?
