Hi all.
Received my annual email from Virgin regarding their price hike today.
Currently pay £27 per month for the Internet only. Appatantly, it's at 125mb.
The email has informed me that they plan to increase it by £7 per month from 1st May. That's an increase of around 30% for us.
I think this seems steep. Am I wrong?
I will price check with other firms and call them to try and negotiate a price soon. But, just wondering what other people's increases might be.
Thanks in advance all.

M125 as a new customer is £26.50 per month but you get a £100 reward voucher
Definitely dont accept the price increase. See if you can haggle the current cost down too. Virgin can and should discount your package so you dont get a price increase. This is what they did for me.1 -
I pay £19 a month currently on 125mb and also have a £7 increase - will be interested to see what others are being offered when you ask to leave1

Thanks for that update @mrsmartmoney.
Let me know how you get on. I'll keep you posted when I call with my haggle head on!0
