Kaboodle Tickets unfair refund

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can give me advice on this?
I was to go to a festival this year down south
with my family and bought tickets. I started a payment plan with the festival via a ticket company - Kaboodle.
I wonder if anyone can give me advice on this?

Now the festival have said they will not have parking at the festival which causes us some difficulties as I have a disabled granddaughter. They said they would refund us the parking within 5 days. This never happened.
I complained to them and explained the reasons why it would be difficult.
They didn’t reply. We read on their website that they had a blue badge area so thought we would give it a go and see how it would be but would query the refund.

Then they emailed us and said they had cancelled everything and would give us a refund in 6 monthly instalments. They did this just after they took one more payment.
I was disappointed that they just cancelled without first saying they had a blue badge area. I wrote back and explained this.

They emailed within 24 hours to say they couldn’t change anything.
I am also worried that the parking refund never turned up and to pay us back in 6 monthly instalments seems unfair, discriminatory and uncertain and we are out of pocket for 6 months.
I emailed the festival email and the ticket website.
They are not answering me at all now - I looked through the customer complaints part of this website but can’t see anything that specifically tells people who sell tickets about the rights of the consumer.
