"Your personal data was provided to us by yourself, when you submitted an appeal and identified yourself as the driver of the vehicle, in a letter dated 24th June 2018, which we previously provided to you within your subject access request."
Saw the above in a previous post hence why "driver admitted" stated in my previous post.2 -

I've amended paragraph 2 to state the defendant was the driver, I've removed paragraph 9, amended paragraph 8 to take into account the specifics of the Guidance Section 56, Schedule 4, Ticketing Section 6 for the POFA 2012 which specifically relates to ticketing, process, access to the DVLA etc. : -The Claimant is put to strict proof that their actions complied fully with the Guidance on Section 56, Schedule 4, Ticketing Sections 6.1, 6.3, 6.4 & 6.5 of the Protection of Freedoms Act (‘POFA’) 2012 and that of the DVLA’s KADOE rules.Hopefully, this covers the scenario where UKPC have not followed the guidance, challenging how they acquired the vehicle's details and issued the NtK so quickly after their DVLA suspension was lifted. I'm hoping that they will need to provide dates and proof of when, where and how they accessed the vehicle's details and copies of any letters they issued to the contract lease company.1 -
That's good.
UKPC will discontinue anyway, later on, as this is a DCBLegal led claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Received the usual offer to setlle form DCB Legal on the 9 April with their DQ attached. Have not responded. In the meantime there's been no update listed on the MCOL portal since 9 March when I filed the Defence. However, I have today been advised that the Claimant's case has been Stayed on the 12 April 2023. No other information is available at present. What's the likely reasons for the case being Stayed?

Ok - seems MCOL are only just processing claimant responses from the 5 April - so they have advised to wait another 6 -7 days before assumng the case has been stayed
