International CHAPS Payment - Bank of England Clearing

Good afternoon - I am waiting for the Bank Of England to clear an some international CHAPS payments, so far it has been 17 Days and I have had NOTHING from the BoE.  To date the BoE have not given me any information on likely timelines or anything.  All the requested information from the client side has been sent.  I have no way of obtaining any information in order that I can mange expectation in sub contractors.
I have have messaged the BoE enquires address and been told they cannot help me.
I have asked my bank to press - nothing.
I have complained.
I have written to my MP.
I have run out of options.  Does any one have any suggestions?
