Premium bonds

anyone else having trouble logging to their Premium bonds account.
i just wanted to check it.
the first time I tried last week I managed it without a problem. A rough mental check of prizes did not seem to add up but I was busy, I assumed that I had made a mistake. Since then every attempt that I have made to login has been unsuccessful. I am told that my password is incorrect but it is stored on my iPhone and it worked the last time I used it. NS&I sent me a temporary password but that did not work when tried. I expect it is all due to the current change of login but it is worrying.
