this is the composite door

A pic of the whole door, please.
What sort of locks and handles does it have?0 -
Does the composite door stick out further than the frame throughout its whole height, or just top and bottom?
Anyhoo, hopefully folk with more knowledge of doors can add more, but meanwhile I'd suggest your course of action is your LP, backed up with a call to CAB, too, if you want.
If you have a legit case, and a pro surveyor will most likely be required to confirm the faults, then your LP should handle it - guide you through, and even take on the case if needed.0 -
sorry vestibule is too small to get a good pic

That's good, thanks.
The door used to be flush?
So it's multi-point locking. I'd have thought that should have prevented it from warping, but I don't know.
Needs someone with doorie knowledge really.
Anyhoo, call up up LP - it is exactly what it's for. They will likely suggest you'll need a surveyor's report as a first step.0 -
It's just top and bottom. LP? Sorry I am new to all this0

So at the handle area, it's pulled in snugly? I wonder if it's a simple case of adjustment?
The prongs/tangs that come out of the door when it's fully locked (handle upwards?) presumably engage to engage in metal fittings screwed to the PVC frame. I wonder if these need adjusting so's they also pull in tightly top and bottom?0 -
I thought that also but been told it wont adjust any more1

I've reached the limit of my knowledge on this. It'll either be a case of inherently faulty goods - in which case you have a very good chance of a claim for replacement (not including labour) - or poor installation, in which case you need to track down the fitter.
