    That's all good.

No reason at all not to mention the company on here - as long as content is kept factual. It should help folk work out the warranty terms and implications. And also which trade bodies they are associated with - that could be a good angle.

I suspect this will come down to proving - with an indie pro surveyor - that the doors were inherently faulty or of unsatisfactory quality from manufacture (or whatever the CRA terms are).

Call up your LP, keep it succinct and factual, and see what they say. And post the company's website on here so's we can have a gander, please.

If an indie surveyor can confirm what your other installer suggested - the door is incorrectly sized for its frame - then this must surely have been the case from manufacture; it was always faulty, and was supplied like this. In which case, I'd suggest the CRA might be on your side again. (If the PVC door and frame were supplied as one matching unit). Again, if you 'win', you'd almost certainly have to pay for the old one to be removed and replacement fitted.
uPVC frames are made to pretty good tolerances. If the frame is too small, it is quite possible that it was a surveying error leading to the wrong size being ordered. In which case, any claim against the manufacturer would fail.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

I understood it as the door being too small for its supplied 'matching' PVC frame - ergo a manufacturing fault. But, yes, it all depends on what is actually wrong with it.

Did they supply the composite door too? And does this have its own frame, most likely a PVC one?

I’ve used Eurocell in the past, stopped using them as their customer service is poor.
You could try going into a local branch and speaking to the manager if you haven’t already done so.
A thankyou is payment enough .

They supplied everything. It's almost like the Dior is ticker than the frame? Is that normal?

Photos, please. Of the whole doors, and then close-ups of the issues.
