ESTA Application - unable to make payment ... ?

Hi all,

Newby here. Can anyone help please? I've just completed my ESTA application and went to pay but no payment method appeared and my application closed.  It now says awaiting payment, but I can't see a 'button' or link that will lead me to be able to make the payment. 

Totally confused. After all that effort.

I can access my application with no problem but there's a blank ' -- ' at the payment point... (I've also tried accessing it from my phone, but get the same message)

Do you not have to wait 24 hours or so for approval before they ask for payment.

No, you pay at the time of filling in the form.

I would try what fifeken said and try another browser, or try inprivate/incognito mode.
If you have ad blockers enabled, disable them.

You could also try clearing your cookies and cache, which most likely isn't the issue, but worth trying if the above fails.

The exact same thing just happened to me whilst trying to process my ESTA on a desktop PC - what a faff!

Try following the link in your ESTA Application Number confirmation email - it eventually generated a payment link & worked for me on a different device, ie iPhone.
